Terms and Conditions

 

Renters are asked to read carefully and confirm acceptance upon all terms and conditions by signing the Rental Contract.

 

 

For renting a car, the driver has to be at least 21 years old and have at least one year of driving experience.

 

 

 

The vehicle is delivered in good overall conditions, without any visible damage and with full tank, and any complaints about its conditions have to be made immediately on delivery. Renter agrees to return the car with its documents, accessories and equipments in the same conditions at the location, on the date and time agreed in this contract. After 3 hours delay from agreed return time, the owner reserves the right to notify immediately the Police for car theft.

 

 

After the first hour from the delivery time specified in the contract, one will pay the renting fee of the car for a full day.

 

No more than 1 (one) additional driver are allowed. Remark: in case the car is involved in an accident and its driver is not specified in the contract, the warranty will be lost.

 

A rental day equals 24 hours since coming into possession of the rented vehicle.

 

The fuel is not included in the price.

 

The car is delivered with fuel and has to be returned in the same condition.

 

The cars are structured by classes, we reserv the right to offer you a car from a higher class than the one reserved, at the same price.

 

Making an online rezervation will receive a voucher confirming commands, on the e-mail address specified in the order form, voucher that the customer will present when he pick-up the car.

The renter agrees that the vehicle will not be operated or driven:

• in contravention of any customs, traffic or other rules
• to transport passengers or property for any remunerations
• to allow overweight of the vehicle (also considering number of seats) above the limits specified in car registration;
• to push or drag any other vehicle, trailer or other object;
• while customer or any other driver of the car is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotic or any other substance that could affect his consciousness, driving capacity or ability to react;
• in case of any damage of the vehicle, the car must be repaired only in authorized services by the manufacturer;
• in any race, test or contest;
• to leave the car with keys in contact, door/windows/trunk open;
• otherwise than in accordance with the instructions and recommendations of the manufacturer.

 

 

The client is personally liable to pay owner on demand:

• time charges at the rates specified in the agreement;
• all taxes and court costs for parking, traffic or other legal violations assessed against the vehicle
• in the event of loss or destroying the car documents or keys, the renter will be charged with 150 Euros.

 

The owner cannot be held responsible for any kind of accidents suffered by the persons in the vehicle, or for any objects left in the vehicle or any other causes.

 

 

Renter agrees to protect the interest ofthe owner and of the insurance company in case of accident, theft or damages of the vehicle by:

• obtaining names and addresses of parts involved and of the witnesses;
• not leaving the vehicle without taking necessary cautions for its protection and guard
• notifying the owner by phone in maximum 3 hours after any kind of accident.

PAPERS TO BE OBTAINED IN CASE OF ACCIDENT, DAMAGE OR THEFT:

 

The following papers must be obtained from the nearest Police Station immediately after the accident or theft of the vehicle and must contain:

 

- POLICE REPORT with: the signature ofthe police officer issuing the report and the stamp of the Police Station tNOTE OF DRIVING OR NOT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE ALCOHOL, IN CASE OF ACCIDENT) or THE SECOND APPENDIX for the insurance company with the signature and stamp of the Police.

 

- REPAIR AUTHORISATION with: the signature of the police officer issuing the signature and the stamp of the Police station.

 

 

 

The renter agrees that any addition or alteration to these terms conditions will be null and avoid unless agreed upon in 'writing by the both parts.

 

 

The court of Bucharest, Romania, will adjudge all disputes arising from the car rental within these terms and conditions.

 

 

The canceling of the reservation will be made at least 3 (three) days before the beginning of the renting period. In any other case the price of the first rental day will be retained.
